The initial material for production of our windows is pine timber, oak or shorea of 12% humidity. Three-layer plywood with separated knots, glued with waterproof glues, is made of timber. Then, window elements are made of plywood, in a machining centre and other specialist machine tools. After gluing rails the next operation is immersed proofing in impregnants of ADLER company. Dried up elements are filled and ground before applying lacquer. The next stage is fitting with hardware of ROTO company. In the last station there is installing an aluminium profile, which aims to drain of water, place gaskets under a window pane, place a heat-insulating window pane, screw down window boards as well as force in silicone between wooden elements and a window pane in order to seal perfectly.
